Our goal at Relay is to make things seamless when it comes to getting the response you need from what you’re sharing to your teams.
Thanks to our fabulous design partners, we launched two features to stay true to our mission.
Google Forms Integration
After interviewing dozens of companies, we learned that many don’t have access to a Learning Management System because of budget. This absolutely creates a major roadblock for onboarding and continual education at the workplace.
Using our “take a quiz” function, our partners have been able to utilize Google Forms to create and administer their assessments. So instead of having to ask their teams to self report when they’ve finished, our Google Forms integration now autocompletes their Relays.
This allows every step to be captured from when a team member clicks their Relay to review their content before they can start and finish their assessment. Relay keeps everything streamlined so you don’t need to worry about how your training content is organized.
Relay Auto-Reminders
No one likes to be a micromanager, which Relay solves by helping managers place clear actions, priorities, and deadlines and with our recent launch, they now have auto-reminders.
While managers have the ability to manually send reminders, Relay also automatically sends reminders on the channels their team uses, meaning teams will receive notifications via the Relay chrome extension, email, and Slack.
Since Relay is synchronized across these communication platforms, team members will now be automatically reminded if they have a Relay that’s due within 24 hours or when they’re past due.
This helps managers keep their teams on track instead of having to individually follow up.
